Vehicle information

Registration number, vehicle type, make, model, photos of the vehicle, and the routes you tell us the vehicle drives.

Location information

The business location a printing agency sets on the map, the routes vehicle owners record, and the areas advertisers choose for their campaigns. If you choose to use your current location in the app, we use it only to place a pin on the map.

Photos and verification records

Printing proofs, installation photos and the daily photos vehicle owners send to show an advertisement is in place.

Payment information

Transaction details, payment records and the mobile money number you use to pay for a campaign or to receive a withdrawal. We do not store mobile money PINs.

Usage information

Information about how you interact with our platform, including features used, and technical data such as device type and IP address.

Communication data

Messages, feedback, disputes, inquiries, and other communications sent to our team.

• Provide and improve our promotional and advertising services.
• Create, manage, and deliver promotional campaigns.
• Match campaigns with printing agencies and vehicles in the areas an advertiser chooses.
• Verify that advertisements are installed and remain in place.
• Process transactions, pay vehicle owners and printing agencies, and maintain payment records.

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve disputes and provide support.
• Monitor platform performance and improve user experience.

• Other users of a campaign: To run a campaign, the people involved see what they need. For example, an advertiser sees the registration and route of matched vehicles, and a vehicle owner sees the name and address of the printing agency to collect materials from.
• Service providers: With trusted third parties that help us operate the platform, including Supabase (accounts, database and file storage), Google (maps, location search and website hosting) and our mobile money payment provider.
• Legal requirements: When disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that third parties handling personal information respect its confidentiality and security.

When you delete your account, your name, phone number, email, photos and business details are removed straight away. Records of completed transactions and campaigns are kept in a form that no longer identifies you, for the purposes listed above.
